Precision laser cut stainless steel top plate. When used with the Apple Core and Apple stacks model this can be used to cook and boil water on. (*Note this becomes a ‘Warming Plate’ if used on top of the oven on a Baked Apple and the Baked Apple Stack Model as the heat transfer is less with the oven beneath the plate if used with an Oven.

*Note- When Ordering a 'Top Plate' with the Oven this will become a 'warming plate' and not a 'cooking plate' due to the dissipation of heat from the stove body through the oven.
